With more than 100 dancers attending classes every week across Ballet, Pre-Pointe/Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Theatre Jazz, Aerial, Contemporary, Stretch & Strengthen and P.B.T. -, there is certain to be a class to suit you.
Whether you are someone who danced as a child and just wants to get back on the dance floor again or if you have long desired to learn to dance, there will be a class to suit your age and ability. And with a great range of classes for varying ability levels for beginners, intermediate level and ex-dancers.

A little bit about P.B.T. (Progressing Ballet Technique)
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students’ technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. It is a unique training system that helps teachers around the world prepare their students to receive the strength they need to achieve their personal best.
We are recommending PBT classes to compliment our Ballet, Acrodance, Lyra, Contemporary and Jazz classes as well as for anyone looking for a general conditioning and strengthening class.
